Affiliate Program Terms

Overview

Boxsy's affiliate program rewards partners who refer new customers to Boxsy. Approved affiliates earn a 10% commission on net subscription revenue from every customer they refer who becomes an Activated Customer, for up to 12 months from that customer's activation date.

How it works

1. Join the program and get your unique referral link, tracked through Trackli.
2. Share your link. Anyone who signs up through it within 30 days of clicking is attributed to you.
3. They activate. Once the referred account becomes a paying, Activated Customer (see below), it qualifies for commission.
4. You get paid. 10% of their net subscription revenue, paid out quarterly.

What counts as an "Activated Customer"

A referred account qualifies for commission once it is both:

• A paying customer on any Boxsy subscription plan, and
• Actively using the platform, meaning it has done at least one of the following: connected an email/calendar or bank account integration, sent an investor update or investor outreach, shared a data room with an investor, or added an investor to its fundraising pipeline.

An account must meet the activation criteria within 60 days of subscribing. Paying accounts that never activate do not earn commission.

Commission details

• Rate: 10% of net subscription revenue (base plan fee, after discounts and refunds - excludes one-time fees, add-ons, and AI credit purchases).
• Duration: Paid on each Activated Customer's net subscription for their first 12 months, starting from their activation date.
• Payout schedule: Calculated and paid quarterly, in the month following quarter-end.
• Payout method: PayPal, ACH/bank transfer, or Stripe - you choose when you're approved.
• Minimum payout: $50. Balances below this roll over to the next quarter.
• Clawbacks: Commission is reversed for any month a customer is refunded, or for their first 30 days if they cancel.

Eligibility

• Approval-based and by invitation. Current Boxsy customers can apply directly from within the product. Outside partners join by invitation from Boxsy - the program is not currently accepting open public applications.
• Self-referrals (referring your own company or an account you control) are not eligible.
• Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever they share their link.
• Boxsy may decline or remove any affiliate at its discretion, including for spam, misleading claims, or paid-search bidding on Boxsy's brand terms.

Program changes

Boxsy may update these terms, commission rates, or eligibility criteria at any time. Changes apply to new referrals going forward; commissions already earned on existing Activated Customers are not affected retroactively.
