Disclosure. Boxsy affiliates earn a commission on subscriptions from customers they refer. If you join the program, FTC endorsement guidelines require you to disclose that relationship clearly wherever you share your referral link - and the program terms require it too.
Frequently asked questions
You earn 10% of your referral's net subscription revenue for their first 12 months as a Boxsy customer. Since Boxsy plans range from about $49 to $199 per month, that's typically $5-20 per month per active referral, for a year.
A referral starts earning commission once they're both a paying Boxsy customer and actively using the platform - for example, they've connected an email, calendar, or bank integration, sent an investor update or outreach, shared a data room, or added an investor to their pipeline. We call this becoming an "Activated Customer."
Commissions are calculated and paid out quarterly, in the month after each quarter ends. You choose PayPal, ACH, or Stripe when you're approved. Payouts under $50 roll over to the next quarter.
Your referral link uses a 30-day tracking window. If someone signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, they're credited to you.
No. Self-referrals aren't eligible for commission under the program terms.
No, but the program is currently invitation-based rather than open enrollment. Boxsy customers can apply directly from within the product; everyone else can get in touch to be considered.

Commission is reversed for any month a referred customer is refunded, and for their first 30 days if they cancel. Full details are in the program terms.
